Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in case of defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or doubts about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods or until you provide proof that you have returned them.
